Tamil Nadu Patient Defeats 'Green Fungus' Following COVID-19 treatment
After recovering from COVID-19, a 32-year-old diabetic patient was diagnosed with 'green fungus'. However, the treatment was taken care of by the doctors at Sri Venkateswara hospital in Tamil Nadu. According to the officials, the patient reported weakness, body ache, cold, yellowish nasal discharge, and pain surrounding the eye. First Case Of Green Fungus Reported In Madhya Pradesh
Amid the cases of black, white and yellow fungus, a case of green fungus has been found in a 34-year-old patient in Madhya Pradesh on 15 June. The patient had also been diagnosed for Covid-19 and now airlifted to Mumbai for further treatment of the fungus. Doctors say it is the first case in MP and ''the name is because the colour appears in the lab during the test."
