Muslims Of Slums, Residential Areas Are Scared After Nuh Violence

The Muslims of Gurgaon, especially after the recent Nuh district Haryana communal clashes. Both in slums and residential societies, Muslims are being threatened. After the July 31 Nuh violence,  shops, homes and places of worship belonging to Muslims have been vandalised, set ablaze and looted. The situation is that Muslims have either locked themselves inside their homes or fled to Delhi or other locations, raising alarming concerns.

Drunk Man Gave His Car, Money, Mobile & Laptop To Stranger

In a bizarre incident, a drunk man was stripped of his car, mobile, laptop and cash worth Rs 18,000 in Gurgaon, Delhi. Getting into the details, a man gave a lift to a stranger, and thinking that the car belongs to the stranger, the man walked out and took a metro to reach his home. After coming in senses, rushed to the police and filed a case with the police.

Following the seizure of many namaz locations in Gurgaon by protesting 'locals and residents' welfare associations (RWAs),' members of the Sikh community have offered gurudwaras as places for Muslims to pray. Puma Opens Its Largest Store In Gurgaon, Second After Bengaluru

German Brand, Puma opened its largest store in Gurgaon on October 21. The store has opened in the CyberHub and is reported to be about 7,000 sq ft. It's said to be a 'digitally-enabled experiential store'. Meanwhile, Sportsperson like Mary Kom, Rupinder Pal Singh, Washington Sundar, and singer Harrdy Sandhu were present at the time of opening. However, this is the second-largest store in India, after Bengaluru.

Under-construction flyover in Gurgaon Collapses

Gurgaon: Section of Under-construction Flyover Caves in, No Casualties Reported

On August 22, a portion of an under-construction flyover broke down at Sohna road, Gurgaon. The officers at National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) are yet to ascertain the reason for the incident. Reportedly, nearby residents felt tremors during the collapse. “There were no fatalities, but we know so far that two labourers have sustained injuries. Further investigations are being conducted,” said ACP (Sadar) Aman Yadav.
