Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said his government is providing financial assistance to ensure that there are no mud-brick (kutcha) houses in the state by 2023. The financial aid is provided through housing schemes and the government has restarted the 'Sambal Yojana' scheme, which acts as 'security cover' for the poor. While Inaugurating a project, he announced that Ashok Nagar will be made a smart city.
