Asian Cricket Council Set to Approve 'Hybrid Model' for Asia Cup
The BCCI proposed a Hybrid model for the Asian Cup, in September. Under the plan, four non-Indian matches will be played in Pakistan, while the remaining matches will be hosted in Galle and Pallekele in Sri Lanka. The ACC is likely to make an official announcement soon. Once the hybrid model is officially sanctioned, it will open the way for the Pakistan team to travel to India for ODI world cup.
