The three best-performing Chief Ministers in India hail from non-BJP/non-Congress states, revealed the IANS C-Voter survey 2021. The list has been topped by BJD-ruled Odisha's CM Naveen Patnaik with 78.81% approval rate, followed by AAP-led Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal (77%) and Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy of the YSRCP (66.83%).
