Ranveer Singh, often known as the energetic actor of Bollywood, bagged the titular role as the lead in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Baiji Bawra". The final conformation came as a birthday gift to the actor, on July 6, with a source saying, "For SLB, it was always Ranveer and Alia for Baiju Bawra." Notably, after back-to-back flops, netizens asked Sanjay to reconsider Ranveer, who will now be doing fourth SLB movie.

Tollywood actress Rashmika Mandanna started her shoot for Allu Arjun starrer "Pushpa 2". The actress shared a sneak peek from the film sets on her Instagram. She will reprise the role of Srivalli in the sequel. In a major boost to the "Adipurush" maker, the Telangana Government has approved to hike in ticket prices in the Telugu State. Years after being married, Gauri Khan revealed a story about her wedding with superstar Shah Rukh Khan. In a recent interview,Gauri revealed how she named Shah Rukh Khan as Abhinav so that her family could believe that he is Hindu. The inter-faith marriage wasn't easy for the most desirable couple of the Bollywood. "We changed his name to Abhinav so they feel he is a Hindu boy." said Gauri.
