5 Indian Students Die In Canada Road Accident; EAM Expresses Condolence
In a tragic incident, five Indian students were killed and other two students were injured in a road accident near Toronto in Canada at 3.45 am, on March 12. The accident happened when a passenger van and a tractor-trailer collided. The students have been identified as Harpreet Singh, Jaspinder, Karanpal Singh, Mohit Chouhan, and Pawan Kumar. UAE Is Most Popular Destination To Travel For Indians: V Muralidharan
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is the most popular destination for Indians. On December 22, the Ministry of External Affairs Minister V. Muralidharan, released a data, which reveals 3,14,495 people, which is 50%, visited the UAE on tourist visas in first quarter of 2021. A major reason for the travelers visiting the UAE, amid the pandemic is due to the bubble agreement made between India and the UAE.
