Rahul Gandhi To Address Rally At Kolar Where He Made Modi Surname Remark
After Wayanad, Congress leader and disqualified MP Rahul Gandhi is set to address a public rally in Kolar. Notably, Kolar is the same region where Congress leader made his "Modi Surname" remark, which led to two years conviction and disqualification as MP for Rahul Gandhi. After being granted bail in the matter by the Surat Court, the INC leader is raising his voice against the BJP Government, by holding rallies.

Two Health Officers Suspended In Connection To COVID Deaths In Kolar
Two health officers including the district surgeon were suspended on April 28 citing medical negligence where five died due to COVID-19 at Karnataka's Kolar district SNR Hospital. The state Health Minister Dr. K Sudhakar agreed to the lapses in treating COVID-19 patients at the district hospital. Reportedly, the suspended officers have left 40 oxygen ventilators unused that could have been used in the treatment of the deceased.
