Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi on December 24, slammed AAP chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for giving 'Mafinama' to court and for apologising to Shiromani Akali Dal MLA Bikram Singh Majithia. He also called him an "absconder". Notably, a year ago, Kejriwal had submitted an apology letter and withdrew his allegation against Majithia for the involvement in drug case.
