Criticizing the UP's CM Yogi Aditiyanath over health services in the state, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi calls Aditiyanath as ''Majnu'' and himself ''Laila-Laila'' on July 15. Owaisi also taunted the BJP leaders saying ''There's 40% shortfall in health sub-centers in rural UP and there's no specialist doctor in 84% health centres.'' Besides, he described the population control bill as an attempt to make fool of unemployed youths.
