Shikhar Dhawan Granted Divorce From Local Delh Court
Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan on October 5, granted divorce by a local court in Delhi from estranged wife Aesha Mukherji on account of his being subjected to mental cruelty. The judge accepted all the allegations made by Dhawan in the divorce petition against his wife. Mukerji subjected Dhawan to mental affliction by forcing him to live separately from their son for years. However, the permanent custody of son is with Aesha.

Parents Stages Protest Against Management Of MN English High School
In Maharashtra's Goregaon region, the police had to be summoned when the parents protested against the reported refusal of the management to provide them with leaving certificates and report cards of their children. The MN English High School many parents started a protest against the management, and filed a complaint of mental torture aginst the management with the police. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

BJP MLA's Wife Drops Charges Of Domestic Violence
The domestic violence charges against BJP MLA Vishal Nehria have been dropped upon his wife Oshin Sharma's request, according to Superintendent of Police Kangra Vimukt Ranjan. On June 28, Sharma pleaded that she didn't want any kind of action to be taken against her husband. Whereas on June 25, through a post on social media, she alleged that Nehria had slapped her thrice and that she filed a complaint.

Pakistani Pacer Amir Calls Retirement; Accuses Management Of Torture
Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir has announced retirement from international cricket after alleging that he was 'mentally tortured' by team management. After being dropped from the squad for ODI series against New Zealand, Amir said, "...I got a wake-up call there when I was not selected in 35 boys". Amir, after being left out, played in Lanka Premier League, where he emerged as a matchwinner for Galle Gladiators.
