Microsoft To Allow Some Employees To Work From Home Even After Offices Reopen
American tech giant Microsoft has decided to allow some of its employees to work from home permanently. According to The Verge, Microsoft offices will not reopen until January 2021. Once they have been reopened, employees, with their manager's approval, can opt for work from home regularly. However, employees working in the Microsoft labs and the ones who train other employees will not be eligible for this option.

ByteDance Denies to Sell TikTok to Microsoft, Looks to Obtain Deal with Oracle
Microsoft, on September 13, announced that ByteDance declined to sell TikTok's US operations. The company said that it was a good-fit for TikTok and had planned to make significant changes adhering to National Security standards. Sources reported that ByteDance is now considering Oracle. Walmart collaborates with Microsoft to buy Tik-Tok's US business
According to the sources, the world's largest retailer, Walmart have made a partnership with the tech giant, Microsoft for buying the Chinese owned video app, Tik-Tok's US business. "The deal with Microsoft and Tik-Tok can bring a huge change in their advertising business," says Walmart on August 27. Microsoft and Walmart are business partners since 2018, with an already existing partnership, the deal is in it's final stage.
