Bombay HC Grants Aryan Khan's Plea In Bail Condition: Mumbai Cruise Drug Case
Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan got relief as the Bombay HC granted his plea seeking modification in bail conditions. On December 15, single bench judge Nitin W. Sambre exempted Arya Khan from weekly attendance at the NCB office in Mumbai. The bench also added that he needs to appear before the NCB when summoned with information 72 hours prior. He also needs to inform the agency before leaving Mumbai.

Cruise Drug Case: Munmun Dhamecha To Be Released On October 31

Cruise Drug Case: Kiran Gosavi Detained In Pune
Narcotics Control Bureau witness Kiran Gosavi, has been detained in Pune after admitting to surrender at a Lucknow police station. Furthermore, a case was registered against him for fraud, and was booked under IPC 419 and 420. However, he still remains wanted in the case. Besides, another fraud case was registered against him on October 18, for cheating people of lakhs of rupees, posing to send them abroad for jobs.

Mumbai Police Appoints ACP-Level Officer To Probe Allegations Against Sameer Wankhede
Mumbai police on October 27 appointed an Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP-level) officer to investigate the allegation levelled against the NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede. According to sources, the ACP is identified as Milind Kettle, who'll be leading the probe. Four police stations in Mumbai have already received complaints against the officer so far, all of them will be probed by the ACP, as per sources.

My Family Is Multi-Religious: Sameer Wankhede Attacks Nawab Mallik
NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede on October 25 retaliated in a press note after the Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik shared Wankhede's personnel documents commending him as a fraud. The officer, who was involved in the raid on the cruise ship, stated, "Publishing of my personal documents on Twitter is a defamatory and unnecessary invasion to my family". ''My father is a Hindu...My mother was a Muslim,'' added Wankhede.
