9 Members Of Family Found Dead In Maharashtra's Sangli, Case Of 'Mass Suicide' Filed

In Maharashtra's Sangli district, nine members of a family were found dead at Mhaisal, on June 20. A case of suicide has been filed. Reportedly, three bodies were found in one house, and six in another. "The entire team of police is here. The investigation is being done," said Sangli Superintendent of Police Dikshit Gedam. He further stated that the reason for the deaths is unkown.

Arthur Conan Doyle's Only Real Life Probe To Be Released As Book

A London-based author Shrabani Basu will launch a book - The Mystery of the Parsee Lawyer - that involves a British Indian George Edalji wrongly convicted of a crime in the 20th century. Based on a true story, the case was investigated by Sherlock Holmes author Arthur Conan Doyle. Interestingly, this was the only real-life crime that was investigated by Arthur. Reportedly, the book is slated to release on March 10.
