Delhi's AQI has again dropped to the 'poor' category on January 25, after showing slight improvement on January 24. Currently, Delhi's AQI is at 215 according to SAFAR. Notably, due to light rain, Delhi's AQI had improved. Earlier, the air quality also reached to 'hazardous' level, in the winter. Meanwhile, Noida's air quality remained in the 'moderate' category and Gurugram has improved with an AQI of 161 and 154, respectively.

Delhi's Air Quality Improves To 'Poor' Category With 241 AQI: SAFAR
Delhi's air quality has consistently improved and falls under 'poor' category from 'very poor' on January 24. Currently, Delhi AQI is at 241, said Central Pollution Control Board. "Rain is likely to continue leading to further improvement of AQI to lower end of 'moderate' or 'satisfactory," said SAFAR said on January 23. Meanwhile, Delhi is expected to have maximum 16° Celsius on January 24.

Air Quality In Delhi Stays Under 'Very Poor' Category With AQI Of 318: SAFAR
The AQI of Delhi remained in the 'very poor' category, on January 23, with an AQI of 314. It is expected to improve due to rain, said SAFAR. Delhi received rainfall on January 22 and it is likely to continue till January 23 and the minimum temperature is expected to remain between 2-3° Celsius. Meanwhile, Noida and Gurugram's air quality remained 'very poor' with AQI at 307 and 303, respectively.

Delhi-NCR witnessed light showers in the morning on January 22. An 'Orange alert' has been issued for 19 districts of Madhya Pradesh and thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and hail. "Light intensity rain would occur over and adjoining areas of entire Delhi-NCR", IMD tweeted. Meanwhile, AQI of Delhi remained in the 'very poor' category, with an AQI of 342. The minimum temperature in the national capital will rise 2-3 degrees Celsius.

AQI of Delhi remained in the 'very poor' category, on January 21, with an AQI of 353. The Air Quality Index of Delhi continues to remain in the "moderate" category on January 13. According to SAFAR, the national capital's AQI is 142. On January 12, the AQI of Delhi slipped from the "satisfactory" category to the "moderate".
