Tecno Launches 'Tecno Spark 6 Go' In India; Priced At Rs 8,699
Chinese mobile manufacturer Tecno has launched its Techno Spark 6 Go in India at a price of Rs 8,699. Claiming 40-day standby time and 54-hour talktime on a single charge, the 6.52-inch phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio A25 SoC. Also, equipped with 13-megapixel primary camera, the budget phone provides 4GB RAM. The company will start online sale through Flipkart from 12 noon on December 25 and retail sale from January 7.

Moto E7 Plus to Launch on September 23 In India; Priced at Rs 13,000
Motorola is all set to roll-out Moto E7 Plus, an addition to the Moto E series, in India. E7+, which falls under a mid-range smartphone category, will be available on Flipkart from September 23. The smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC processor, 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ display, 5000mAh Battery, 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM among other features. The smartphone is likely to be priced at Rs 13,000.

Sony Launches New Smartphone 'Xperia 5 II' in US and UK
Sony launched a new smartphone, 'Xperia 5 II', which has a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone sports a 6.1 Full HD+ OLED with 240Hz touch scanning rate, and has three rear cameras. It consists the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM and 4000mAh battery with fast charging. Currently, the phone is available only in the US and UK at $949 and 899 euros respectively.

Karnataka Government to Provide Smartphones to 60,000 Anganwadi Teachers
The Karnataka government will be distributing over 60,000 smartphones at a cost of Rs.65 crore, to the Anganwadi workers across the state. The move will help teachers to upload the students' details such as height, weight, growth, and immunization status to the Common Application Service under the Poshan Abhiyan Scheme. An official said that smartphones will ease teacher's workload of maintaining 32 different registers.

Google, Apple Introduces 'Exposure Notifications Express' to Trace COVID-19
Google and Apple have announced a new system, Exposure Notifications Express, that will assist health officials in contact tracing. As reported by the Verge, the new system aims to allow public health authorities to avoid burden of building a separate app. Moreover, the authorities can modify it as well to meet the specific requirement of the situations.
