Visakhapatnam Will Be Capital Of AP, Says CM YS Jagan
Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that the Telugu State will soon have Visakhapatnam as the State Capital. Sticking to the 'three capitals' plan, CM Jagan said, "Here I am, to invite you, to Visakhapatnam, which is going to be our capital in the days to come." The statement was announced during an investment summit organised in Visakhapatnam.

Andhra Pradesh HC Issues Verdict In AP State Capital Issue
AP High Court bench led by Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra announced its verdict over AP Capital Issue. On March 3, the HC directed the YSRCP Government to develop Amaravati as the capital city, as per TDP proposal, under the CRDA Act. It also asked YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government to ensure lands of Amaravati farmers are being used for infrastructure developments, and submit a report in next three months.
