Denmark Man Swims 662 Feet In Single Breath; Sets World Record

In what could be called as a breath-taking attempt, Denmark's Stig Severinson has set a Guinness World Record by swimming 662 feet and 8.7 inches in a single breath. Stig swam into the La Paz in Mexico and created the new feat by holding his breath for 2 minute and 42 seconds. The record was attempted to motivate children and raise the public's awareness about protecting oceans and wildlife.
