Kannada TV Actor Sampath J Ram Found Dead
Kannada TV actor Sampath J Ram was found dead at his house in Bengaluru's Nelamangala. The actor played important roles in several TV serials and films such as 'Agnisakshi' and 'Sri Balaji Photo Studio'. Sampath J Ram's friend Rajesh Dhruva, who is also an actor, confirmed the news of Sampath's death in a Facebook post and said, "We still have to see you on the big stage. Please come back."

Rape Victim & Friend Attempt Suicide Outside SC: Delhi
A 27-year-old man and 24-year-old rape survivor-woman received 66% and 85% burn injuries as they set themselves on fire using kerosene outside the Supreme Court in Delhi, on August 16. However, the police rescued them and investigated the matter. The police stated that the woman was allegedly raped by Atul Rai, a BSP MP, in 2019. She made it to Facebook live, to reveal her identity and accuse the MP.

Dr Rahul Ghule Founder Of '₹1 Clinic' Attempts Suicide
Founder of the "₹1 Clinic" in Thane, Dr. Rahul Ghule was discharged from the hospital after being admitted for a suicidal attempt by consuming 30 sleeping pills. The doctor had tweeted that TMC had not paid his bills, and political leaders were further pressuring him to invest in the "Aapla Davakhana" project. A TMC spokesperson said that necessary actions will be taken after probing into the matter.
