Tamil Nadu: 18-year-old Takes Life Fearing Failure in NEET Examination
Scared of getting failed, an 18-year-old NEET aspirant Jyothi Sri Durga died by suicide in Madurai on September 12, a day before the exam. Reportedly, the deceased could not clear her examination last year. She left a suicide note stating her fears over failing in the exam, and mentioned that it's her decision. Earlier this week, another aspirant had also committed suicide on such grounds in Tamil Nadu.

Andhra Pradesh: Covid -19 Positive Congress Worker Commits Suicide
Congress Kadapa district vice president Sirigireddy Gangi Reddy has allegedly committed suicide after testing positive for COVID-19.
