TATA Altroz has entered the India Book of Records after covering a record distance in 24 hours. Altroz, in its 24-hour marathon, covered 1,603 kilometres, becoming India's first passenger vehicle to do so. The voyage mapped Maharashtra's Satara to Bengaluru and then back to Pune between December 15-16, 2020. Tata's All-Electric Jaguar I-PACE To Arrive In India On March 9
Tata Motors' Jaguar Land Rover will enter the Indian electric vehicle market with its maiden SUV I-PACE on March 9, announced the company via Twitter on February 8. Curbing Covid Norms Results 67% Surge In Tata Motors's Q3 Profit
Leading carmaker Tata Motors has reported a 67% surge in its profit for the December quarter. Reportedly, the brand made a consolidated profit of Rs 2,906 crore, which was higher than the previous year (Rs 1,738 crore). Moreover, ease in covid restrictions and festive seasons has resulted in a record-breaking profit in its last 33 quarters. Earlier, Tata Motors had reported a loss of Rs 314 crore in the second quarter.

TATA Launches Altroz In 3 New Variants; Priced At Rs 7.73 Lakh
Tata motors have again hit the market as it launched the new Altroz iTurbo in three variants - XT, XZ, and XZ+ trim - on January 23. Reportedly, Tata unveiled the price to be starting from Rs.7.73 lakh. However, the Trim variants (petrol) were priced Rs 60,000 higher. Moreover, the models boast a new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged engine with 'Sports mode', black-grey interiors, and a black roof with general features of an Altroz.

TATA Motors To Reintroduce Safari SUV On January 26
Reviving the legacy of Safari SUV, TATA Motors will relaunch 'Gravitas' as seven-seater Safari on January 26. Initially offered as a two-wheel drive, the SUV will exhibit the extended version of Harrier's specifications. Reportedly, the new Safari exceeds Harrier's length and height by 63mm and 80 mm respectively. However, it will be equally powered by a 2-litre turbocharged diesel engine. The car is expected to be priced at Rs 18 lakh.

Tata Launches XM+ Variant Of Its Successful Hatchback Model Altroz
Tata Motors launched the Altroz XM+ variant in India for a price of Rs 6.6 Lakh on November 7. Offered only in petrol, the automaker aims at providing some top-end features at attractive prices. Available in four colours, the variant is loaded with Apple Car Play and Android functionality. The model has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment, 16-inch wheels, powered with BS6 compliant 1.2 litre engine producing 85bhp and 113 Nm torque.
