Delhi Landlord To Get Back Shop After 50-Year-Old Legal Battle Against Tenant
The Supreme Court on March 25, passed a judgment in favor of Delhi-based landlord to reclaim his possession in Connaught Place after a 50-year-old legal battle with tenants. In addition, the shop was first rented out to a proprietor in 1936.
