2 LeT Terrorists Killed In Encounter In Shopian District: J&K
In Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, two LeT/TRF terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces on January 22. The operation was launched on the given information regarding the presence of terrorists, police said. They were identified as Sameer Ahmad Shah and Rayees Ahmad Mir and both were involved in several terror crimes. The bodies have been retrieved including incriminating materials, arms and ammunition.

3 JeM Terrorist Killed During Encounter In J&K's Budgam
In J&K's Zolwa Kralpora Chadoora area of Budgam district, three Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces, on January 6. Assam Rifles Jawan Killed In Terrorist Attack In Manipur
In the Usoipokpi Sangomsang area of Manipur's Thoubal district, one Assam Rifles jawan succumbed to his injuries in a terrorist attack, on January 5. Terrorist Dies In Encounter Between Security Forces-Militant In Poonch: J&K
On December 14, a terrorist was killed in an encounter between the Indian Army and militants. Broke out in the Behramgala region of Poonch district, the encounter was based on an intelligence input of the of militants in the region. Senior Union Ministers Remember Martyrs Of 2001 Parliament Attack
Observing the 20th anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack, Senior Union Ministers such as Amit Shah, Rajanath Singh, Prahlad Joshi paid tribute on December 13 to the martyrs of the terrorist attack.
