Shiv Sena Seeks Honesty Prove From Leaders, Asks To Sign Affidavit
After 39 MLAs campaigned against Shiv Sena, the party asked for a signed affidavit from its leaders and officials. In an announcement, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena said, they would now seek honesty from their officials, including MLAs, Corporators, Shakha Pramukh, Vibhag Pramukh and Deputy Vibhag Pramukh. The decision to sign an affidavit came after massive confusion, regarding who is in Shiv Sena and who is protesting against it.

Eknath Shinde & BJP Leader Devendra Fadnavis Likely To Meet Governor, Decide On Berth Sharing
After Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray resigned on June 29, BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis and rebel Shiv Sena MLA Eknath Shinde will reportedly meet the Governor, on June 30. Shinde who spent the day in a Goa hotel, reportedly left to Mumbai to meet with Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. According to Spokesperson Deepak Kesarkar, Shinde has been given full authority to decide on the cabinet berth sharing.

BJP Eyes Maharashtra Govt After Maharashtra CM's Resignation
After the resignation of Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, the BJP is likely to stake claims to form Maharashtra-Government. If BJP forms state-government, with the support of Shiv Sena MLAs, Devendra Fadnavis is likey to be Chief Minister. With this, it will be third time, that Fadnavis, the former CM of Maharashtra will be the CM. Notably, after Maha Vikas Aghadi, the BJP is the only largest party with 106-MLAs.

Rebel Shiv Sena MLAs Will Fly To Goa From Guwahati: Maharashtra Political Crisis
The rebel Shiv Sena MLAs are scheduled to fly to Goa, from Guwahati, Assam, on June 29. In regard to this, 70 rooms have been booked at Taj Convention Hotel, for the MLAs, who will reach Goa by 4:30 pm. The MLAs who are campaigning against the Maha-Vikas Aghadi (MVA) Government will be going to Mumbai on June 30, for the floor test, to prove CM Uddhav Thackeray-government's majority.

Rebel Shiv Sena faction leader Eknath Shinde, stated that he and other rebel MLAs would soon return to Mumbai. Currently, Shinde and the other rebel MLAs are camping at Radisson Blu hotel in Assam's Guwahati. Shinde claimed that he has the support of 50 MLAs. Assam CM Himanta Sarma Invites Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray For 'Vacation'
Amid the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma invited his Maharashtra counterpart Uddhav Thackeray "for vacation" to Assam. The statement has come after CM Sarma was criticised for "hosting" Shiv Sena rebel MLAs. He countered such allegations and said that he cannot stop someone from entering into his state. "There are many good hotels in Assam. Anyone can come there and stay," said CM Sarma.
