Azam Khan Granted Interim Bail In Case Of Wrongful Possession Of Waqf Board Property: UP
Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Azam Khan has been granted interim bail by Allahabad High Court in a case related to wrongful possession of land, on May 10. Reportedly, the bail order has been granted after obtained surety of Rs 2 lakh. The land involved is reportedly a waqf board property. Khan was lodged in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur jail for 2 years, before obtaining bail, reported PTI.
