IIT Madras Becomes COVID-19 Hotspot With 32 Fresh Cases
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has become a hotspot for COVID-19 with 32 fresh infections on April 26. With the additional students being COVID-19 positive, the total number of cases climbed to 111 to date. Furthermore, Principal Health Secretary J Radhakrishnan visited the COVID-19 positive students and urged them not to panic. In addition, the Tamil Nadu government also announced COVID-19 management with a mega-vaccination camp across TN.
