92,000 Baby Turtles Hatched In Brazil; Netizens Term Turtle Tsunami

A video of over 92,000 Giant South American River turtles being hatched on a beach near Brazil’s Purus River has gone viral on social media as 'Turtle Tsunami'. The footage of locally endangered species was shared by NGO Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). According to WCS, the huge emergence happened in Abufari Biological Reserve. Moreover, the organization said it is monitoring every action of them and also giving protection to the newborns.
