Adequate Sleep, Less Screen Time Reduce Depression Mood
A research by Western Sydney University has figured out some active lifestyle factors that help in coping with depression. It stated lesser screen time, adequate sleep, a better-diet, and physical activities are quite necessary to deal with depression. It also cited tobacco smoking as a factor of depression. Quite surprisingly, higher frequency of alcohol consumption showed decline in depression level. The research was conducted on about 85,000 people.
