Ciitng 21-Day Quarantine Indian Shuttlers Withdraw From Singapore Open
Indian badminton players B Sai Praneeth and doubles teams Ashwini Ponappa- Sikki Reddy and Chirag Shetty- Satwiksairaj Rankireddy have withdrawn from the Singapore Open. Showing unwillingness to the mandatory 21-day quarantine in Singapore and not allowed to practice during that time, Praneeth said “Without practice it is very tough to play.” While the tournament was scheduled for June 1-5, Singapore recently banned all international flights from India.
