Coffee Before Exercise Helps In Weight Loss & Fat Burn, Study Claims
A study published in the International Society of Sports Nutrition journal has exhibited that consuming coffee before exercise can help in weight loss. The Granada University-led researchers stated that 3mg/kg caffeine intake before 30-minutes of aerobics increase fat-combustion rate. Moreover, it added that morning coffee helps remove drowsiness, improve oxidation. The study findings on people with mean age of concluded that caffeine increased fat oxidation during morning workout than without caffeine intake in afternoon.
