Greece Builds 40 km Wall On Turkey Border Amid Surge In Afghan Migrants
Greece has built a 40 km fence along with a surveillance system on the Turkey border amid the surge of Afghan migrants. "We cannot wait, passively, for the posible impact," Greece said. This comes after Turkey's President Recep Tayyib Erdogen called European countries to take responsibility of the migrants. "A new wave of migration is inevitable if the necessary measures are not taken in Afghanistan and Iran", he said.
