India Crosses Two Million COVID-19 Cases; Third Country to Breach the Mark

India's official tally of COVID-19 cases breached two-million mark on August 6. India becomes the third country to cross this figure, following the US and Brazil. With higher coronavirus-infection rate than the US or Brazil, India logged the last million cases in just 20 days. India has recorded over 60,000 cases for the last two consecutive days on August 7. So far India has reported more than 42,000 COVID-19 deaths.
