India Gets Own Sign Language Dxnry: PM Modi On 'Shikshak Parv'

While addressing 'Shikshak Parv-2021', PM Modi has launched multiple initiatives to improve the Indian education system. The initiatives include an Indian Sign Language Dictionary, Taling Books, School Quality Assurance and Assessment Framework of CBSE, and NISHTHA teachers' training program for NIPUN Bharat and the Vidyanjali portal. Meanwhile, PM Modi said, ''For the First Time in India, Indian sign language is being included as a subject in the curriculum.''
