Indian Environmentalist And Researcher Sunita Narain Wins Edinburgh Medal 2020

Indian Environmentalist Sunita Narain has been awarded with the 'Edinburgh Medal 2020' by the city of Edinburgh Council. Narain, the director-general of Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) has been recognised for her effort in formulating 'climate emergency policies'. The council also lauded Sunita's effort of climate justice for poor and underprivileged. 'Edinburgh Medal' is awarded for the contributions to science and technology which help humanity.
