Monsoon Session May Be Curtailed Due To Pegasus Row
The government may shorten the Monsoon Session that was to end on August 13, citing the Pegasus turmoil by the opposition for nine consecutive sessions or an impending COVID-19 menace, said sources on July 30. “The government is ready to discuss every people-related issue in Parliament, but the Opposition does not want that," a minister said. He also assured that the government will initiate more efforts for smooth functioning.
