Sweden To Get On Board India's Venus Mission "Shukrayaan"
Extending their collaboration for space exploration, Sweden has joined India for the latter's Venus orbiter mission "Shukrayaan". Under this project, Sweden will be sending its satellite named Venusian Neutrals Analyzer through India's GSLV Mk II rocket. The 2500-kg satellite will study the atmosphere and exosphere of Venus. Klas Molin, Swedish ambassador to India, stated, "The new Venus mission means that the collaboration between IRF and ISRO continues."
