Tamil Film 'Koozhangal' Wins Prestigious Tiger Award At IFF-Rotterdam

For a first in India, Tamil movie 'Koozhangal' (Pebbles) was awarded the Tiger Award in the 50th edition of International Film Festival of Rotterdam. Interestingly, was directed by a debutant PS Vinothraj and bankrolled by director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara. The movie features newcomers and depicts a relationship between destituted father and son. Vignesh said, "First production of the rowdy pictures wins this honour. Can’t get happier".
