Thailand Introduces 'Flight To Nowhere' For Religious Sites
Thai Airways will launch a special 'flight to nowhere' on November 30 that will depart from Bangkok and will land back there itself after flying for three hours. Interestingly, the flight would fly over 31 provinces covering 99 religious sites but would not land at any of them. The passengers will be given prayer books and souvenirs as well. However, climate activists criticised the idea for "putting unnecessary pressure" on the environment.
