US To Waive Off In-Person Interview For H-1B & Non-Immigrant Visa Applicants

US Government is likely to waive off in-person interviews for H-1B and immigrants' visa applications. The decision was taken to shorten wait time for visa applicants, until next year. The US Government said that with this step, they are emphasising on global travel recovery, ensuring safety and reducing wait time, along with national security. Notably, H-1B and non-immigrant visa applicants include artisans, musicians, student visas, temporary employees and others.
