Remembering and condemning the bad memories of October 22, 1947, when Pakistan stirred violence in Kashmir, India is observing the day as a 'Black Day'. According to the reports, on this day in 1947 a group of "Lashkars" had attacked Kashmir, "butchered men, and turned their women into slaves." Speaking about the matter, Rajiv Chunni, President of SOS International said "India should go to ICJ against Pak for 1947 killings."
