Caseload

India reported 3,993 new COVID-19 cases, on March 8. The Union Health Ministry has confirmed 8,055 recoveries and 108 deaths in the last 24 hours. While the active caseload stands at 49,948, taking the total caseload to 4,29,71,308. Furthermore, the current recovery rate in the country stands at 98.68% and the daily positivity rate at 0.46%. Moreover, as of now, India has administered 179.13 crore vaccine doses to the people.
