Israel PM Says, We Are At War, After Geza Fires 5,000 Rockets

Israel on October 7, declared war against Palestine's Hamas, vowing to avenge  fierce rocket attack that the militants claimed was only their "first strike". The Israeli military has already launched air strikes on the blockaded Gaza Strip. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his country is at war and Hamas will pay an unprecedented price. "Citizens of Israel, we are at war, with over 5,000 rockets piercing the sky toward Israel.

Russia-Ukraine Agrees On Ukraine Food Grain Export Resumption

Russia-Ukraine agreed to sign a deal for Ukrainian grain exports and was backed by the United Nations. As per the deal signed on July 23, the deal will be executed in few months, resolving insurance and safety concerns, said financial information provider S&P Global Market Intelligence. The export will be enroute, Black Sea routes from major grain ports, including Odessa. The agreement cleared the way for exporting Ukrainian grains.

Virtual Meet Between President Joe Biden, Xi Jinping Begins

The virtual meet between US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping started on November 16. It is the first meeting between both leaders after Biden came to power in the US. The objective of the meet is to reduce conflict between both the countries and tensions over Taiwan and other areas. ''Humanity lives in a global village and we must face challenges together,'' said Xi.
