Neeraj Chopra Clears Recent Controversy Involving Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem

While explaining his hurried first throw, Olympic gold-medallist, Neeraj Chopra, said that he asked Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem to pass the javelin he was searching for as Nadeem was standing around it. Many misunderstood his comments and assumed Nadeem was tampering with Chopra's javelin. "I would request everyone to please not use me and my comments as a medium to further your vested interests and propaganda", the 23-year-old stated.
