Asian Cricket Council Match, India V/S Pakistan On Sep 2

The Asian Cricket Council on July 19, announced the schedule for this year's Asia Cup tournament which will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka but hosted solely by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB.) The six-nation Asia Cup 2023 will consist of 13 one-day internationals in total with the opening game between Pakistan and Nepal in Multan on August 30.

Former Indian Cricket team captain Virat Kohli has entered the elite club of 'Top five batters' in the History of Indian Cricket. The milestone was achieved aftr surpassing Virender Sehwag. Kohli is placed at the 5th spot in the list of top run-getters for India in Test cricket with 8,503 runs. The top four on the list are: Sachin Tendulkar(15,921) Rahul Dravid(13,265,) Sunil Gavaskar(10,122)  and VVS Laxman(8781.)

India Is Not Travelling To Pakistan For Asia Cup 2023: Arun Dhumal

IPL Chairman Arun Dhamal confirmed that India is not travelling to Pakistan for the 2023 Asia Cup. After the ICC Chief Executive meeting, the BCCI Jay Shah and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) representative Zaka Ashraf are scheduled to hold a meeting on July 13, and discuss the Asia Cup. However, it is confirmed that Rohit Sharma-led Indian Squad would play a match against Pakistan in Sri Lanka.

Pakistan Security Delegation To Visit Ahmedabad ICC Match Venue

Ahead of the ICC ODI World Cup, the Pakistani Cricket Board announced to send a security delegation ahead of the India V/S Pakistan match in Ahmedabad, on October 15. Asia Cup 2023 Dates, Schedule Announced

The Asia Cup 2023 is set to begin from August 31 to September 17, confirmed the Asian Cricket Council on June 15.  The tournament will feature India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Nepal with the teams competing in a total of 13 ODI matches. The tournament will be held in a hybrid model, of which four matches will be hosted by Pakistan, whereas remaining by Sri Lanka.
