Dhoni's CSK Beats Morgan's KKR By 24 Runs; Wins 4th IPL Title

Dhoni's Super Kings beat Morgan's Knight Riders by 24 runs, winning their 4th IPL title on October 15. KKR was off to a great start, but after Iyer and Gill departed, the game started favouring CSK. Chennai Super Kings came back stronger this season, as compared to the previous one. CSK's opener, Ruturaj Gaikwad finished the tournament with 636 runs, becoming the youngest to win the Orange Cap in IPL.

MS Dhoni Decides To Leave Camp Only After All CSK Members Return Safely

Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni said that he would not leave the squad's camp until all his fellow teammates reach their homes safely. Reportedly, Dhoni will be taking the last flight to Ranchi on May 6. "Mahibhai said that he will be the last person to leave the hotel," said a CSK squad member. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians have decided to ferry their foreign players in chartered flights.

The brand value of Chennai Super Kings witnessed a 16.5% decline from Rs 732 crore to Rs 611 crore after a poor performance in IPL 2020. While experiencing a 5% hit in its value, Mukesh Ambani-owned Mumbai Indians remained the most valuable team with Rs 761 crore. Besides, Shah Rukh Khan's KKR has suffered a 13.75% decline.
