Former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on September 25 called the Congress' opposition to farm bills as "double standards". He stated that the opposition was politically motivated as the Congress was "out of power". He slammed other parties also that were opposing the Farm Bills passed recently by the Parliament. Citing financial miseries faced by the gym owners, NCP MP Supriya Sule has requested Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray to re-open the gyms and fitness clubs.
