In a viral video, a cow caught the attention of netizens for saving a dog from being allegedly tortured by a man. The 15-second viral clip shows a man pulling a dog by its neck, causing unbearable pain to the dog, as it started to howl in pain. The cow came for the rescue and attacked the man to save the dog. A viewer called it ''Karma''.  

The Delhi Police has booked YouTuber, Gaurav and his mother after they tied their dog 'Dollar' to hydrogen balloons, to make a video of their dog floating in the air. The now-deleted video, over the channel 'GauravZone' caused outrage as it witnessed dog rising above the second-floor of the building. However, following the backlash, Gaurav has issued an apology saying he treats his pet "like a child".

After facing agitations on social media, a county in China's Yunnan province is considering to revoke the ban on public dog walking. The ban was about to come into effect from November 20. The authorities had announced to seize and kill the pets in case of violation of rules for more than three times. However, an animal protection activist opined that instead of the ban, owners should be educated on responsible pet ownership.
