Dombivli Gang Rape Case: 2 New Suspects Arrested
The Special-Team of Investigation made two additional arrests in the Dombivli gang-rape of minor girl case, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to 28 of the 33 suspects who were apprehended on September 23. Vijay Fuke, friend of the survivor, is the key-culprit in the case. Fuke in January 2021, raped and recorded it, which he then used to blackmail her into having sex with his friends.

Mumbai Woman, Lover Arrested For Allegedly Killing Her Husband
A woman from Dombivali and her lover along with his other partner were arrested by the crime branch police, Thane for allegedly killing her husband. However, a missing complaint about Pravin Patil was lodged at the Manpada police station on June 4, after which his wife, Laxmi Patil was questioned. Finding her answers elusive and incorrect, police arrested them based on her call records.

Maharashtra: 42-year-old Residential Building Collapsed In Thane
A 42-year-old residential two-storey building in Dombivli of Maharashtra's Thane district collapsed on October 29. However, it caused no casualties or injuries. Reportedly, the residents rushed to the outside after hearing the voice of cracking of building pillars.
