Russia Withdraws Troops From Kyiv As 'Goodwill Gesture'; Issues 2 Conditions

Russia has withdrew two-third of the troops from around Kyiv, and back to Belarus as a "goodwill gesture" to promote peace talks with Ukraine. However, Western Military Analysts believe that Russia failed to succeed with its siege on Kyiv. Russia's two conditions to stop the war are as follows; Legal provisions should be made to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO and Ukraine should recognise the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk.
