Fitness enthusiast and celebrity model Milind Soman, shared a clip that features himself doing 50 push-ups in 50 seconds. Taking to Instagram, Soman posted a workout video with partner Vinay Dahiya and was seen acing 50 push-ups at 56 Years of age. "The best thing to do at sunset," he captioned and the video caught people’s attention. Pushups help in burning calories, improving balance, posture and flexibility.
